For all these agreements it is very important that the commercial invoice, which will be attached to the shipment, shows the correct and valid origin declaration. Only in this way, it will be ensured that the importer of the goods will benefit from the customs duties deduction and/or exemption. If the shipper is not an authorized exporter, and if the value shown on the invoice exceeds a certain amount, an EUR.1 or EUR.MED must be issued and be attested by the local chamber of commerce.
